Kathy Hong is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), and sits on the board of the Performing Arts Development Network Association, the first organisation of art administration in Taiwan.

Kathy has extensive experience in theatre and international collaborations. She has served as an independent marketing professional and producer for various groups and artists in modern theatre, dance, children’s theatre, as well as traditional and modern music fields. In 2015, she stepped down from the post of Executive Director at OISTAT-International Organisation of Scenographers, Theatre Architects and Technicians.
