Biography

Bowen Zhang is the general manager of Shanghai International Dance Center Theater Management Co.Ltd since the venue opened in 2016. She is in charge of operating and managing the venue as well as the company. She makes efforts to promote and bring avant-grand art concepts and excellent dance works to Shanghai.

Curatorial Statement

Shanghai International Dance Center Theater is working as a domestically leading and top international facility atarting from the creative process right through to public performances in China. We are interested in contemporary dance, dance theater, as well as contemporary crossover(such as new circus and so on). We also look for artists can bring masterclasses or workshops along with good performance.
