Chen Pin-hsiu has been the Programming Manager of Cloud Gate Theater since 2015. She is also the Head of Archive & Grants of the Cloud Gate Foundation that is responsible for three Grants to support young talents, including the LMF Dance Fund, the Cloud Gate Wanderers Project and the Arts Maker Project.

Since joining Cloud Gate in 2002, she has been committed to setting up the Archive Division for the implementation of digitizing, licensing, exhibition and publishing. A graduate of the Dance Department at the Taipei National University of the Arts, she was the Senior Dance Editor of the PAR Performing Art Review and is still an active dance critic in Taiwan.

Chen Pin-Hsiu is attending Dance Massive are part of the Asia Network for Dance (AND+) Core Group Meeting.
