Ahram Gwak
Ahram Gwak was the Chief Manager of SIDance festival for the past 10 years. She has also worked on programming and promotions of various international projects in order to enhance the international visibility of Korean contemporary dances and dance makers.
Since 2017, she has been appointed the Producer, Team Leader of Programming and Production Team, Korea National Contemporary Dance Company (KNCDC), a leading production company in Korea focusing on producing new works and continuously developing and advancing Korean contemporary dance performances. Based on a systematic and stable production system, KNCDC works with both Korean and international choreographers to enrich its programs and to, positively enhance the impact of contemporary dance.
Ahram Gwak is interested in the range of artistic and cultural dialogue contemporary dance offers and it keen to continually engage with interesting dance makers from around the world.
Ahram Gwak is attending Dance Massive as part of the Asia Network for Dance (AND+) Core Group meeting.
